What type of payment methods do accept?

We currently accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).

Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, we know life can get in the way sometimes. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work to reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancelation or missed appointment fees.

Do you clean commercial carpet in offices and places of business?

Yes, we would love to partner with your business to provide carpet cleaning services to keep your business looking great!

How does the billing process work?

When the cleaning team arrives, they will measure the areas that that will be cleaned and provide a total. Once the cleaning service is completed, payment can be made over the phone or in person with the cleaning team.

Are there any additional fees or services that might affect the price?

Once our cleaning team has assessed the cleaning services and a cleaning plan created, the price will not change.

Do you move furniture, or should it be moved before you arrive?

The cleaning team can move smaller items but do not move large furniture such as china cabinets, entertainment centers, hutches, etc. If you have an item that you are not sure about, don’t hesitate to reach out to us and ask before your appointment.
